Andrew replaced our garage door last week and did an awesome job. My husband and I had a terrible 2 week experience with precision garage door so we decided to give Matrix a try. Its just Andrew and his wife(who were both great on the phone and with response times etc.) and we think that's honestly part of what made the experience better instead of with a big company like Precision. They were prompt, and had great communication throughout the entire process. From the time my husband called to the time they were out here with a full replacement service was only 3 days. Andrew did a new upgraded insulated door, new track, upgraded our system from string and pulley to torsion spring and put new seals all the way around. We are super happy with Matrix and would recommend them to anybody. Thank you guys again!!!!! ~ Karmesha W

Last night our garage door cable snapped, leaving us with an unsecured garage. I called several local garage repair shops that had 24/7 service advertised, but they either weren't 24/7 anymore or didn't have anyone available to help. We had just about given up and started bringing valuables from our garage inside for the night when I took one last chance and called Matrix Garage Doors. Andrew was kind and courteous and said it might take him a bit to get to us (distance + thunderstorms), but he made it out and fixed our door that evening. I had a major problem with my garage door and the tension torqued the frame. This happened right before the major snowstorm we were getting and I was very concerned about snow coming in during that storm. Andrew was able to come out quickly to get the door measured, get me a very good price, and was able to fix it the next day. The door that he put in was better installed than the one that was originally put in from when the house was built. It had stronger structural pieces, a higher quality door, and a much nicer opener. I did have a second door that was not damaged and I chose to not replace it at this time. Andrew was able to get a smart door opener that was from the same brand as the garage door opener he was installing. He installed that as well and now they both are tied to my smart home. Iwill be using Matrix to replace the second door in the future. I highly recommend using Matrix garage doors and Andrew for any of your garage door needs. ~ Andy D

I have worked with Matrix Garage Doors for a couple of years now. My first experience came during a thunder storm and Andrew Hopson drove across town and repaired our broken spring and fixed the door during the evening hours. This was above and beyond. Fast forward to today with a high of 28* and Andrew Hopson installed my new door in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond assisting with the programming of the car remotes and cellular app. The work was done in a timely manner, clean and efficient! A big shout out to Andrew Hopson of Matrix Garage Doors! I realized earlier in the day that one of the springs on my garage door had broken. After calling a couple of the larger, corporate garage door companies, I found Andrew at Matrix. He was able to alter his day a bit and worked us into his rotation today. The door is fixed and runs like a champ again. Andrew is very professional and practices Covid safety masking. We appreciate that here! Moved into my first home and the garage doors were non-functional, dented, and overall in bad shape. Andrew showed up right on time and was able to completely fix our garage doors, despite them being pretty outdated! He provided me with an estimated cost for the services and was very open with what he was going to do to the doors, why, and how much it would cost BEFORE he did anything! Now they both work perfectly and he even reprogrammed the remotes and the keypad to a code specific to us. If you need your garage fixed, Andrew and Matrix Garage is the WAY TO GO! ~ Jenna M

I called first thing in the morning on the day after Thanksgiving. The lady that answered the phone set the tone from the beginning by being very helpful and knowledgeable. Andrew came out that day to give an estimate and was able to complete the job the following day. He did a phenomenal job and had top notch customer service himself. In all honesty, Andrew knocked a job on his own that other companies said was a 2-man job. I appreciate Matrix Garage Doors transparent price model. I needed to have a garage door opener installed. When I was booking the appointment online it gave me pricing for installation of several different options as well as you purchasing your own and then them doing the install. He observed that I was missing a spring and added that on for not too much more. Would definitely recommend! Just needed a spring replaced, but Andrew was incredibly prompt and responsive, gave me a fair price, let me know when he was on his way, showed up when he said he would, completed the work on time, and communicated well. Andrew from Matrix (recommended to me by Home Advisor) is very experienced and easy to work with. He came over to give me an estimate for a garage door replacement the same day I called. My replacement was a custom piece so the manufacturing and shipping took some time but Andrew reached out right away once it had been delivered. Awesome experience. Quick to respond to our initial contact. Gave us a window within 1 day. Should up on time and was extremely professional. Work was done quickly and showed us all the features and benefits of our new opener. Also helped set up our other openers and cars. We have used them now several times, with multiple properties. I think at this point I have either met, or spoken with about every possible staff member, and they have all been great to work with. Very easy going, professional, no pushy sales pitches. They will ask what you want, how you want it, show you the options and let you pick. No problem making additions to doors like locks, insulation, etc. Frankly, my only real issue is that the new door now makes the rest of the garage look like it needs paint lol. They were even accommodating with the snowy weather delaying access to the building and scheduling. I had to ask for a date LATER than their first available! How often does that happen anymore in home construction/maintenance? I usually remove company stickers with the call us logo’s. We don’t with these guys. It just makes it easier if I ever do have to call them, I don’t have to look them up. And so far, we haven’t had to call them twice for anything they have fixed, all calls were for preexisting issues, or mechanical failure of ancient equipment. They handled everything like pros. Last minute of the business day and the spring broke on my door at 4pm. Door would not close and I didn't want to leave it open overnight. Super fast service! They were able to come out the next day and fix my garage door. The wire pulls had rusted and snapped. Then he saw my spring was 20yl years old and had a part to replace it in the trunk. What I really appreciate is not trying to up-sale me on anything. I pointed out the bottom rusted track and was advised that's its not a problem but he can replace it if I wanted. Quick and easy! ~ Dionne D

The only company who will give you price range to replace springs over the phone. Other companies want to schedule a visit to give estimate which feels like a high pressure sales tactic. The price given was more than reasonable and I scheduled a same day appointment. They completed the spring repair super fast. I highly recommend this company for any of your garage door repairs. This is the second time Andrew has helped fix our garage door. We had a broken spring and our door wouldn’t function. Andrew quickly diagnosed the issue and it was fully replaced in less than an hour. He went through and explained every step of what he was doing.
